Questions about pricing
What counts as a machine?
Any device that has joined your network: a computer, a server, a virtual machine or a container. Machines you remove no longer count.
What happens when a Free network reaches 3 machines?
All 3 keep working. New machines cannot join until you remove one you no longer use, or move to a paid plan. The app shows a clear message when a machine is refused.
How is per-user billing counted?
Standard and Premium are billed for each user who was active in your network during the month. Machines are unlimited, so one person can have a laptop, a desktop and a few servers at no extra cost.
How can I pay?
By card in US dollars, renewing every month, or by PromptPay or bank transfer in Thai baht (฿269 or ฿599 per user per month), paid ahead for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The owner of the organisation chooses in Settings → Plan in the admin console.
What happens when a paid plan ends?
The network goes back to the Free plan. Every machine keeps working, but new machines cannot join while there are more than 3.
Can I go back to the Free plan?
Yes, as long as the network has 3 machines or fewer.
Do you charge for traffic?
No. Machines usually connect directly. Traffic that passes through our relay is not billed.
